so as of the last mmm three-four weeks? I’ve been working more on my upper body strength, and I’m starting to see more muscle and less, like, arm i guess (and TONS of improvement, i can almost do ONE WHOLE PULLUP!!!!!!! AND I CAN LIFT AT LEAST 65-70 POUNDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHOA FUCKIN BUDDY)
